Respond to Call
Below is the process for responding to our Carbon Call and having your credits authenticated and listed for sale on the International Registry of High Integrity Carbon Credits, including the Online Shop
1. Feasibility
Review your project and decide whether it is:

4. Eligibility Check
The Eligibility Check (EC) checks whether your project qualifies for listing on the Registry. The desktop report indicates probable credit areas and yield. Credits are listed for pre-pay (forward) sale tagged as "Pending Authentication", and an Exclusive Agreement is confirmed with you
7. Supply Contract & Sales
The Registry Operators enter into an exclusive credit supply contract with you for 10 years, with two 10-year renewal options. Community projects receive at least 60% of credit revenue. We work with you to achieve on-going credit revenue and community co-benefits
2. Project Submission
Project submission - please include your Project Profile - location, ownership, forest description, maps, copy of land concession. It's best to lodge these using our Respond Form ENG or FR
5. Authentication
Authentication has two steps: Step 1: Verification Report (including Monitoring, Reporting, Verification (MRV)); Step 2: Validation Report (independent expert audit). We can provide guidance and training for community-led projects using local staff
8. Monitoring
Together with your forest stewards, we monitor the health of the project area by field inspections and by satellite overview according to the MRV plan. We also check on the progress of co-benefit projects on-site
3. Initial Assessment
We will make a free Initial Assessment of your Project Profile and advise if we think you should proceed to the Eligibility Check. If yes, a MOU will be agreed with you
6. Registry Listing
The project is listed as "Authenticated" on the Registry and credits offered for sale in Internationally Transferable Mitigation Outcome (ITMO), spot, and forward contract markets online, direct, and by auction. We promote the credits through our international buyer network
9. Review
Annually we meet together to review how the project is going and agree on any changes, additions, or improvements we might make. We then update your Project Page on this website and help to continue credit sales for the contract period
